Pencil Roll

Last year I made this pencil roll for Annamarye.

I liked this one, but since this one was made in the hoop, it doesn't hold but 6 pencils. I wanted one that held more pencils.

So, I found this one:

If you sew at all, you can do this! It was easy to make and small enough to carry around. I found the pattern here: http://firefliesandjellybeans.blogspot.com/2009/07/how-to-make-marker-roll.html It is technically a marker roll, but I used pencils. The only change I will make the next time is to make it taller.
